It has come to my attention that Wayne Curtis, author of And a Bottle of Rum: A History of the New World in Ten Cocktails has taken up new blog diggs at Slow Cocktails. It seems Wayne has been quietly building up some posts, 25 so far, including the relatable “The Press Release I Didn’t Finish Reading…” posts.
