It has come to my attention that Wayne Curtis, author of And a Bottle of Rum: A History of the New World in Ten Cocktails has taken up new blog diggs at Slow Cocktails. Thanks for the heads up! Its quite a nice addition to the cocktail blog-roll. (oh, I'm also eagerly awaiting the results of your clear ice experiment. thanks for adding some real science to this endeavor.)
