Bokers Bitters

Ingredients
4 L Whisky
3 oz Quassia
3 oz Catechu
3 oz Calamus
2 oz Cardamom

40 oz Tincture of Cochineal
5 oz of Burnt Sugar
24 L Water

Instructions:
1. Macerate the first 4 ingredients in the Whiskey for one week
2. Strain.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and water
4. Bottle
