Hellfire Bitters

Source:

Ingredients
2 Cups Very Hot Chiles
2 Tbsp Molasses
2 Cups Vodka
2 Limes
½ tsp Cinchona Bark Powder
8 Allspice Berries, Crushed

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend briefly in a blender
2. Place in a sterile jar for two weeks, shaking intermittently
3. Strain through cheese cloth to remove solids and sediment
4. Bottle
 
Notes:
This is a modified recipe by Erik Ellestad. He had added Allspice to give the bitters more depth.
