Jamaicain Bitters

Ingredients
1 Grapefruit Peel
4 Berries Allspice
1 slice fresh ginger
4 Whole Cloves
¼ inch Stick of True Cinnamon
¼ tsp black peppercorns
3 Tbls 151-proof rum

Instructions:
Macerate zest and spices in liquor for a week, covered in the refrigerator. Strain into small jar. Add a tablespoon or so of pure water to dilute.
