Wild Cherry Bitters

Ingredients
4 lbs Wild Cherry Bark
1 lbs Squaw Vine
8 oz Juniper Berry
5 gal Water
3 lbs sugar
6 qt. molasses
6 oz. tincture peach kernals
3 oz. tincture prickly ash berries
2 qt. alcohol

Instructions:
1. Place Wild Cherry Bark, Squaw Vine and Juniper Berries in a 6 gallon pot.
2. Pour 5 gallons of boiling water in the pot and let sit for 24 hours.
3. Strain and reserve the liquid to remove the solids and sediment
4. Add the remaining ingredients
5. Bottle
