Claret Syrup
Claret wine is an old English term for Bordeaux style wines. This syrup is often added to soda to enhance the colour and provide a pleasant flavour.
Serve this syrup by pouring 2 ounces into an 8 ounce glass and fill with soda water.

- Red Wine (Bourdeaux)
- 16 oz
- Soda Foam
- 1 oz
Instructions:
Combine the mixture using agitation. If desired 2 to 4 ounces of additional sugar can be added.
