Gentian Elixir
Gentian is an herb that has a pleasantly intense bitterness. This elixir is used to give drinks a pleasant bite and to balance out sweetness. The other aromatic components work much like aromatic bitters.

- Bitter Orange Peel
- 1½ oz
- Coriander Seed
- 1 oz
- Cardamom Seed
- 1 oz
- Sugar
- 2½ lbs
- Pecrolating Menstrum
- 7½ Pints
- Soluble Flavouring
- 8 oz
