Bizzozero Bitters Recipe:

Alcohol (50%)
500 ml
Small Centuary Herb
20 oz
Green Yarrow
20 oz
Angelica Root
15 oz
Calamus Root
1 oz
Cinnamon Bark
1 oz
1 oz
2 oz
¼ oz
½ oz
½ oz
½ oz


Mix the ingredients in a mortar and grind to a coarse powder. Combine in a glass vessel or bottle and allow to mingle for 6 days, agitating occassionaly. Filter and bottle.
