The class of drinks called “sours” are pretty common. The general recipe is spirit, lemon/lime, sugar, egg white and sometimes bitters. Hawk vs. Rooster Fight: Who wins? Well, I just watched that outside and it's Rooster in the first round. Impressive fight.
