Product Description
A combination of natural and artificial cherry flavours produce this sweet liqueur. McGuinness Cherry Brandy is a very common brand of liqueur in Canada and is the defacto standard on most back bars. Often used for Singapore Slings and the college favorite, Cherry Coke.

Palm Paradise
1 1/4 oz Lamb's Amber Rum
3/4 oz McGuinness Cherry Brandy
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
Water, sugar, alcohol, brandy, natural and artificial flavour, citric acid, colour.
Tasting Notes
Colour:
Deep red, almost purple
Aroma:
Sweet cheery aromas, like a bottle of maraschino cherries. Some amaretto aromas also.
Palate:
Sweet, bold cherry flavour with an artificial after taste. Light alcohol on palate.
Notes:
Not one of those ingredients you are going to sip straight, but not bad when mixed with coke, if you want something simple.
Serving Suggestions :
Mix in cocktails that call for cherry brandy. Can be used in desserts also.
