Orange Bitters

Orange Bitters Recipe:
- Sweet Orange Peel
- 4 oz
- Citron Peel, candied
- 2 oz
- Gentian
- 2 oz
- Cascarilla
- 2 oz
- Alcohol 40%
- 64 oz
Instructions
Macerate the solids for 7 days with 64 ounces of the alcohol, agitating occasionally. Filter and bottle.
